Mental Health Counseling and Assessments
Counseling can come in many forms to meet the needs of the individuals, couples, or families that avail themselves of services.  Assessments can be one way that self-knowledge and growth is obtained in the course of therapy.  Some of the assessments that can be taken are the: Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (MMPI-2), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Kiersey Type Indicator, and The California Personality Indicator (CPI), and others as might be dictated through the course of therapy.  Assessments can offer insight and offer possible courses of action to help the individual grow and overcome struggles.

In addition to assessments, there are many other forms of treatment within the therapeutic process.  Couples, individual, group, and family therapy are all services we offer so contact us and we can help you determine what might be right for you.  For more information about the mode of therapy, check out the "about us" tab.
